A French Inspired Coastal Community Along 30A

30A Review: A Walk to Remember

Posted on

The unique charm of RidgeWalk has piqued the interest of many, as cited in the recent article, “A Walk to Remember”, published in 30A Magazine. This private, nature-rich community is set apart from what you may expect to find along Highway 30A, and with RidgeWalk being a rental restricted community, it makes this neighborhood a truly unique find. Owning a RidgeWalk home will allow those seeking a coastal lifestyle, to still have the camaraderie of their neighbors throughout the year.

Along with the neighborhood being unique, so is the architecture. Local award-winning developer and builder Randy Wise has brought a European style to each home with white painted brick exteriors, old world shutters, private courtyards and entries, and gas-lit oak-lined streets outlined by a garden wall that offers privacy to each lot. As you walk through the eight-foot mahogany front door to the inside of a RidgeWalk home, you will find 10-foot ceilings throughout the main floor, high-end kitchen appliances, elegant hardwood flooring, solid wood cabinetry, marble tub showers and designer lighting throughout.

The first homes of RidgeWalk are on the market and nearing completion. They will be move-in ready by Summer 2017. ResortQuest Real Estate is the company charged with selling and managing the up-and-coming development. Carmela Bell, Broker for ResortQuest, said it best, “This coastal village provides the perfect balance of nature and amenities, and the homes here are truly something to behold”.
